In the beautiful open kitchen, next to the spice garden in Caruso's Umami Kiryat Ono complex, we will host for special workshops the women who lead the world of cooking and home hospitality in unparalleled style: cooks, bloggers, writers, content creators, lifestyle champions.
In this intimate evening, Rotem Liberzon – one of the most successful and beloved bloggers and cooks in Israel, author of two cookbooks specializing in the Persian cuisine she grew up on – is the host.
Liberzon will tell about her extraordinary path, from working in professional kitchens in New York, through cooking therapy to the throne of the home kitchen on social media. She will serve only 30 guests tastings of about 5 dishes made by herself, demonstrate flagship recipes of her groundbreaking Persian cuisine, and reveal behind-the-scenes secrets of her creation.
At the end of the evening – the guests will be invited to raise a glass of wine in a place that puts the cooking and hospitality experience at the center.
About the host |
The sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami umami complex of Caruso Kiryat Ono . The fifth taste, umami, is admittedly the humblest of the flavors, yet it is undoubtedly the most fascinating of all. Unlike other flavors, umami does not change the taste of the dish, but sharpens all the other flavors present in it, creates harmony between them and makes the dish complete, powerful and delightful.
Just like the taste, the new Umami residential complex also aims to create a unique living experience designed for people for whom hospitality and cooking are an integral part of their lifestyle. These worlds are the basis of the complex's planning concept – from the design of the well-equipped apartments and kitchens to unique spaces and services, such as a private park that includes fruit trees and spice plants, a wine room with a private compartment for each apartment, a hospitality equipment room that includes tables and chairs that the residents borrow for private events, and more .
